1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the FalakTV platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service. If we revise these terms, we will post the new dated version on our website, so we invite you to review them from time to time to stay informed of the latest changes. During free use, the audience-related sections are not limited to the conditions stated above.

2. Eligibility

People of any age may use the platform's services. Where age restrictions apply to any content, the viewer is warned and asked to continue using the platform in accordance with the age limit defined by the network. There may be a children's content collection accessible separately in dedicated categories. If children wish to access adult content, parental approval is required.

3. Account creation and security

To access some features of the FalakTV service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. As the account owner, you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Subscription and payment

Accessing certain content may require payment; subscription, rental or purchase fees are shown in the service and may vary. By providing payment information, you authorize FalakTV to charge your chosen payment method. Payments for subscriptions, rentals or purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time at no extra cost. An invoice for recurring charges is attached to the customer's details. Note: these terms do not apply to content provided free of charge. 5. Content access license

You are granted a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access the content available in the service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from the content unless expressly permitted by the service. All content in the service — including videos, images, text and other materials — belongs exclusively to FalakTV and is protected by copyright law. These terms apply to all FalakTV services, including the mobile app, set-top box, smart TV and website.

6. Prohibited conduct

By accepting these terms, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Remove or alter, without our permission, any logo, watermark or notice reflecting the content owner's proprietary rights included in FalakTV or any of its products
• Submit any malicious program, script or code
• Send an unreasonable number of unrelated requests to our servers, or take any other action to manipulate, interfere with or harm FalakTV
• Circumvent any security technology or features designed to protect the service or its content
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable or overburden the service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access content through your account
• For educational or research access to parts of the content, notify us by email and obtain our approval first
• For commercial access to parts of the content, preliminary negotiations are required, which you can initiate through the Contact us section

7. Content availability and restrictions

Access to FalakTV content may vary by region according to the laws governing that region. Some content within the network may be removed, restricted or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights related to the network — including content, trademarks, logos and software — belong to FalakTV or to the content owners who have licensed it to the network. Use of these without the express written permission of FalakTV is prohibited.

9. Privacy policy

By using this service, you agree to our privacy policy, which governs how your personal information is collected, used and protected. Please review the privacy policy for more details.

10. User content

Uploads: If the service allows users to upload content (e.g. comments, questions), you grant FalakTV a worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable license to use, display and distribute your content as part of the service. Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you upload, and you undertake not to upload content that infringes copyright, is offensive or is illegal.

11. Suspension and termination

FalakTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the service at any time and without prior notice if you breach these terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity — for example, if it is found that you have shared your account information with several people, and similar cases.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. FalakTV does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. If the service needs to be temporarily interrupted, the time is announced in advance and the downtime calculated per user is added to the user's time credit. FalakTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, nor for users' internet disruptions or lack of access. Without limiting the above, FalakTV makes no warranty regarding:

• The availability of the FalakTV service in a specific geographic area
• The availability of the FalakTV service on any particular device, operating system or browser
• Continued support for any specific feature offered in the service
• High viewing quality of any program — the quality of your viewing experience depends on factors including your device and internet connection
• The content of any program or its suitability for any audience — opinions and statements in programs are those of the producer and those involved in production
• Permanent access to any particular program in the subscription channel — programs may be removed at any time without notice
• Any act or omission of content providers regarding your personal information, including links to third-party websites

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FalakTV, its affiliates and employees against any loss and any claim arising from:

• Unauthorized use of any program
• Breach of this agreement or violation of any law or third-party right
• Any content you upload or send to us without our express consent

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the rules of the WIPO Convention, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. They are drawn up and interpreted under the laws of France, and any dispute will be examined under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

15. Changes to the terms

FalakTV reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in the service and material changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
